Your Personal Travel Information
In order to process your bookings and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide. This may include, but not be limited to, full name, address, e-mail details, passport and visa details, company, and any special seating or dietary requirements, etc.


Corporate Stays take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant third party suppliers of your travel arrangements such as reservation systems, airlines, hotels, transport companies, on-line booking companies etc. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law.


We may also use third party service providers to process your information on our behalf and under our control.

To allow Corporate Stays to study trends on which web pages you look at and find most useful. Via explicit data capture measures such as entering competitions etc that may be passed on to third party suppliers. However we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
